PLAN Stage

Building your personalized plan with your therapist and ALLI. Stage-appropriate interventions.

The Roadmap to Change

Goals without plans are wishes. The PLAN stage transforms your intentions into actionable steps — a personalized roadmap built collaboratively with your therapist and ALLI.

This isn’t a generic treatment protocol. It’s your plan, tailored to your patterns, your goals, and your life.

Stage-Appropriate Interventions

Meeting You Where You Are

Not everyone is ready for the same work. PLAN respects the stages of change:

  • Contemplation: Building awareness and motivation
  • Preparation: Developing skills and supports
  • Action: Implementing specific changes
  • Maintenance: Sustaining progress and preventing relapse

ALLI assesses your readiness and suggests interventions that match.

Dimension-Specific Strategies

Each of your six dimensions may need different approaches:

  • Love: Communication exercises, attachment work, vulnerability practices
  • Work: Boundary setting, values clarification, career visioning
  • Play: Permission-giving, scheduling joy, exploring creativity
  • Mind: Cognitive reframing, thought records, meditation practices
  • Body: Sleep hygiene, movement routines, somatic awareness
  • Soul: Meaning exploration, values alignment, spiritual practices

Building Your Plan With ALLI

The Planning Conversation

ALLI guides you through building your plan:

  • “For your Love goal, what specific actions would move you forward?”
  • “What obstacles do you anticipate? How will you handle them?”
  • “What support do you need to make this happen?”

Customized Interventions

Based on your SELF work and GOAL targets, ALLI suggests:

  • Specific exercises and practices
  • Behavioral experiments to try
  • Journal prompts and reflections
  • Skills to develop

You choose what resonates. The plan is yours.

"The best plan is the one you'll actually follow. We're not here to create the perfect protocol — we're here to create your protocol."

— Dr. Eris Winans

Therapist Integration

Your plan isn’t created in a vacuum. Your therapist:

  • Reviews and refines the plan during sessions
  • Adds clinical interventions appropriate to your needs
  • Adjusts the plan based on your progress
  • Provides accountability and expertise

ALLI prepares; your therapist deepens.

Plan Components

Weekly Structure

Your plan includes:

  • Daily practices: 5-10 minute activities that compound over time
  • Weekly focuses: One dimension to emphasize each week
  • Session prep: What to bring to your next therapy appointment
  • Milestone markers: How you’ll know you’re making progress

Flexibility Built In

Life doesn’t follow schedules. Your plan accounts for:

  • High-stress periods (simplified practices)
  • Travel and disruption (portable alternatives)
  • Setbacks (recovery protocols)
  • Wins (how to celebrate and integrate)

The Plan Dashboard

In ALLI, your PLAN dashboard shows:

  • Current active practices
  • Completion tracking (without judgment)
  • Upcoming focuses
  • Progress toward milestones

It’s designed for motivation, not guilt. Miss a day? Start again tomorrow. The plan serves you, not the other way around.

Why PLAN Matters

Insight is necessary but not sufficient. You can understand your patterns perfectly and still not change.

PLAN bridges the gap between knowing and doing. It takes the abstract — “I want to be more vulnerable” — and makes it concrete: “Tonight, I’ll share one thing I’m struggling with.”

Next Step: With your plan in place, it’s time to execute. That’s the WORK stage.
